What's the difference between We send for you and Use your own provider?
Only how your email is sent and how you pay for it. With We send for you, Meisa sends on its own infrastructure from your verified domain. It is for opt-in product email and newsletters only. We review every new sender before their first email goes out, usually within one business day, and we can review a sender or a list at any time under our Acceptable Use Policy. With Use your own provider, you connect Amazon SES, SendGrid, Mailgun or SMTP and pay them directly at cost, and we charge only for the platform. The product is exactly the same.
How does the free trial work?
Pick a plan and add a card at checkout to start your 7-day free trial. You are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then. To keep spam off our network, a trial has modest sending and contact limits, and they lift as soon as your plan starts.
What does the 14-day money-back guarantee cover?
If Meisa is not right for you within 14 days of subscribing, tell us and we refund you in full.
Can I switch from We send for you to my own provider later?
Yes. Start on Meisa's sending, then connect your own provider whenever you want. Templates, sequences, triggers and contacts all come with you.
Is there a sending limit when I use my own provider?
We never mark up your sending. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of about 10 emails per contact in your tier: 25,000 on Starter, 150,000 on Growth and 500,000 on Scale. If you regularly need more, move up a tier or talk to us.
How do contacts work across products?
Your contact limit is per account, across all your products. A product can be a SaaS app, a newsletter or a list. Higher tiers raise both the contact limit and how many products you can run.
